Following consultation of members by all 3 SJC Trades Unions, a settlement has been agreed for Pay on all SJC points for the 2 years from April 2025 to March 2027. This was an award of 4% for 2025/26 then 3% for 2026/27.
DCC have given assurances that the new rates of pay plus any back pay will be in the end of August Pay.
